Client EXPERIENCE Associate

Chad Kanakkanatt (he/him) joins Figure 8 as a Client Experience Associate. Originally from Akron, Ohio with a background spanning sales, marketing, and account management, Chad is passionate about building meaningful, trust-driven relationships and ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way. He shares Figure 8’s commitment to driving positive community and environmental impact, and he is excited to blend his client-facing expertise with his growing knowledge in wealth management and financial strategy. 

A former NCAA collegiate soccer team captain, Chad brings a strong collaborative spirit and goal-oriented mindset to the Figure 8 team. Outside of the office he is an avid soccer fan and can be found staying active through running, weight training, playing soccer, and hiking. Chad loves exploring Boise’s outdoors, attending local music events, and spending time with his wife Kate, and their dog, Mango, and cat, Goose.
